How to Request a Refund

Important Details

• Notice Requirement: Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your class.
• Refund Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee, which will be deducted from your original payment.
• Late Requests: Refund requests received less than 72 hours before the class start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
